The Treatment

Part of The Recalibration Series, The Maintenance Package combines a 45-minute full-body exfoliating scrub, a shower and a 45-minute massage. It is designed for active men and those whose regular training or physical routines place repeated demands on particular areas of the body. The massage focus and pressure are agreed during consultation and adapted to the individual. Treatment order: consultation, 45-minute full-body exfoliating scrub, shower, 45-minute massage, then time to dress and reset. This is 90 minutes of combined treatment, not a 90-minute massage; allow up to two hours in total, including consultation, shower and time to reset.
